The first outcome will be to analyze the potential for gender legislation application, in comparison with the region and EU and determine the present gender-related situation in the pilot municipalities, with focus on participation of women in education and employment. The key output herein will represent roadmaps for gender inclusiveness for local municipalities.

The second intermediary outcome will aim to build the capacity of local stakeholders (municipalities, institutions, CSOs) on the new gender-based policies and practices, by introducing gender specific trainings and study visit to an EU country. The local gender equality groups will design but also take part in the capacity building component.

The third intermediary outcome will be continuation of the built capacity of the gender equality groups and promotion of gender equality approach on local level. As a result, these stakeholders will be able to advocate for proper application of the new gender legal provisions by organizing public workshops at which feasible policy options on municipal level will be introduced.

The last intermediary outcome will support all the previous outcomes and outputs as well as increase awareness of local population on gender equality and gender inclusiveness. The final set of activities is composed of raising awareness on gender equality not only of women, but men as well. Herein, promotion of empowered women role-models (as well as TV ad) is foreseen, starting from the beginning of the Project.
